Default Oven runs full on only
Brand: Tappan
Model Number: 30-3789-00
Age: More than 10 years

When turned on my oven heats to maximum temperature only. I have replaced the thermostat and this has not helped.
Could it be a faulty gas valve?
If so, how difficult is it to replace. It does not seem accessable from either the rear of the range or from inside the oven floor.
If not he valve, what else could it be?
