Oven not working correctly all of the time. It initially heats to desired temp but eventually quits working. You can hear it spark and light up than it will shut right off. It seems like it will do this 3 times and quit working. Is their a flame sensor that locks out the system like on a furnace.

Sounds like it. Flame rectification has to tell the sparks to stop.

Clean electrodes and make ground connections are good.
