 Oven locking lever Brand: Jenn-Air Model Number: S160 Age: More than 10 years
locking lever will not lock when trying to use the self clean feature. It just buzzes when trying to lock but refuses to lock.
Anybody have an answer???
This has been a real baulky procedure in the past but will eventually lock when you play with it long enough, however I guess it's tired of playing the game and has just given up, refusing to lock.
I'm pretty sure it's either an adjustment problem in the locking lever IF that is possible or the switch that controls the locking mechanism is shot.
