Angry Oven improperly heating
Brand: Frigidaire
Model Number: GLEF379DSG
Age: 1 - 4 years

My oven/range is 1 year and 16 days old. When I select bake and the temperature for the oven, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. If it starts working and I adjust the temperature it usually makes it shut off. I can attempt to turn off and on over and over and sometimes it will come on, sometimes not. When I use broil same thing, sometimes works, sometimes doesnt, however, with broil when it does work I shortly after starting get an F10 message

The f10 code is telling you that the control has sensed a potential runaway oven condition.

The control may have a shorted relay.

Check the sensor in the oven.

The sensor should have 1100 ohms restistants at a room temperature of 70 degrees.

The resistance goes up as the temperature rises.

If the sensor checks OK replace the oven control.

Here is a link to your range model GLEF379DSG.
