The oven door release is stuck and will not push back to receive door.
I tried to use the self cleaning function and not sure if it worked. After several hours, the oven was cold and tried to open door, but would not open. The bake/broil functions wouldn't work. So I unplugged and re-plugged- the functions work and I open the door with some manuever, but now it will not latch.

Is the automated door release broken? Can this be repaired?

Yes it could be a part of the door lock that is broken.

Can you please verify your model number as I can't locate it on our database.
