I have the same problem as rutlip with my model # RF376PXEQ 0. Ordered part 3195974 was advised that trim parts # 3195974, 3195971, & 3195422 were replaced by Whirlpool with part # 8184859 (3 part kit). New parts have these little nubs to connect the set of three and when glass is place in bottom bracket, 2 side brackets do not line up properly
