You will have to take the door a part to remove the grease.

There should be screws along the bottom of the door and maybe some on the inside of the door.

If you have locks on the hinge make sure you lock them before you take the door off the range.

Your owner manual will have the instruction for removing the door.

Can you please supply your model number?
