The other day I was cooking using two burners and the oven at the same time when all of a sudden the whole thing stopped working. None of the burners would heat as well as the oven. I have looked at the back but nothing seems obviously wrong to me. Is there something that I am missing or should I have service come out and take a look at it.

Check your breaker ist, just turn off and back on. If still not working, check the power connector on the back.
