Exclamation Oven controls don't work
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: KGSI901PBS
Age: 1 - 4 years

PLEASE ANSWER SOOON!!!!!!!!!
hello, I have a kitchen aid slide in gas range with model number KGSI901PBS. I am unable to use the control pad. I can press some the control (i.e. boil/self clean) but the start botton and the off botton don't work. As well as some of the number on the key pad. I need to purchase the correct part ASAP. ALso for some reason my grates cracked and I would like to replace them as well (if you could tell me why you think they cracked that would be great)!!! Thanks Vicky

PS I don't live in the states but will be traveling there next week and would like to place an order ASAP so that i can bring the parts home with me

This could be the key pad or the clock.

It is hard to say what has cracked the grates.

Here is a link to the parts of your range model KGSI901PBS.

Check at the end of your model number there should be two numbers.
