Hi,

Have you check the oven temp with a oven thermomoter?

No, I have not checked the temperature. What kind of themometer would I use? I have noticed that both the broiler element and the baking element do get red. The baking element will get red then it turns back black after a few sort minutes. Not sure if the baking element is suppose to do this. Thanks
