 Oven and broiler not responding Brand: General Electric Model Number: JBP76GS1 Age: More than 10 years
I am back. I originally changed the clock and oven assembly with the part that partselect sent me. It didnt resolve the problem. the clock works but the oven and broiler didnt because it was throwing the F4 code. So you advised me that it was the oven sensor that needed replacing. I ordered and received a new sensor. I installed it and it does the same thing that it was doing before I installed it. Apparently its not the sensor so I am sending it back. Could it be that the original part that was changed is not the proper one for this stove. My clock face was red and when I turned on the oven I didnt get the temperature settings on the clock face as I do with this part. Please , give me some good advice. I would like to get this issue resolved thank you |
