Roper #B6757X0 upper/lower oven/broiler are not heating up to desired temp. It got up to 200F but did not go any higher. All igniters were on, gas was lit but oven did not fully go on to higher temperature. Appreciate any suggestions.

Check the resistance of the oven sensor it should be 1100 ohms at room temperature.

Did you get any codes in the display?

If the resistance is good and there are no codes and the burner has a good flame it is likely the control that is faulty.
