Oven, Broil, & Self Clean Not Heating Well

The oven, broil, and self cleaning doesn't heat quickly. It's extremely slow. It's an electric range. There are no codes showing up on the clock. Any suggestions as to the problem? Thanks so much!

Check to see if you are getting 240 volt to the oven.
