Exclamation Oven Bake Function Not Responding
Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: GW395LEP
Age: 1 - 4 years

I cannot get the bake function on this oven to work. The temperature adjust for setting oven temperature will not respond. The timer works, custom broil works, the clock works but antyhing having to do with bake does not work. I have replaced the DSI control and the Migration control boards. I also tried changing the ignition leads for the broiler and oven in the event there is some feedback loop and the ignitor for the oven had failed. I am out of ideas.

Please check your model number as there are one or more characters missing at the end.

Default Model number`

The full model number is GW395LEPS00, the "S" is stainless steel, not sure what the 00 indicates.

I am thinking that it is in the timer.

Here is a link to your range model GW395LEPS00.

Follow your wiring diagram and test everything in the bake circuit.

A wiring diagram that has voltages at termination points would be found where?

This should be on the back of your range or in the control panel.
