Unhappy Oven
Brand: Jenn-Air
Age: 5 - 10 years

I turned the self-cleaning feature of the oven on auto. It ran for over an hour, not having the manual to refer to, I figured it must be done so I stopped it. Let it cool for hours, door lock would not unlock. Decided it must not have not have run through complete cycle so I turned it on again, let it run for two hours, stopped it then let it cool, unable to unlock door again. Does anyone have instructions? I did not set any time, just auto, was I supposed to program a certain amount of time in. Should I run it again, the lights went out so I assumed it must be done. I hate to repeat it due to the cost of energy. Thanks in advance for any help with this. Chris
