Age: Less than 1 year

hello I am trying to help a friend who says that a power surge may have put out their range, nothing works, not the stove or burners. not sure of model no. put the 9758377 it may be w10017700.

If you have no power at the range at all it has to be in the house fuse panel.

Check the outlet the the range is plugged into you should have 240 volts.

The model number can be found on a tag on the frame of the range were the drawer closes.

I must of worded it wrong because the clock is flashing but the oven and electric ranges don't work.




OK if the clock is flashing that is telling me that you have at least 120 volts at the range.

It takes 240 volts to operate the oven and the top.

Can the clock be set?
