 Non-functioning gas burner Brand: Frigidaire Model Number: FGF378WCCF Age: 5 - 10 years
There is very little to no gas flow to the left front burner on my Frigidaire range when the valve is turned on. I checked the gas orifice, which is open. All the other burners fire, suggesting that the valve itself isn't working. I've tried adjusting the low (simmer) setting, but this has no effect and doesn't seem to be part of the problem. Can the valve be repaired, or must it be replaced?
Dumb question: How do I lift the range top to access the valves? |
