oven element stoped working. tested ohms, good. tested for voltage when on bake 0volts across, but I do get 120v when going to ground. also when testing broiler element in bake mode I get 240v across when I hear the contact close. Is the broiler element supposed to heat up in bake mode? why only voltage of 120v on baking element, bad control board?
