Default Model # mis-print?
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: J B900S0K1SS
Age: 1 - 4 years

I need to replace the glass top to my GE Profile range. The model # J B900S0K1SS has been searched many times; but no one has found it. Later, I found a similar #. Is is posible that the # on my range is a "typo"?

The # on my range is:

J B900S0K1SS

The close match is:

J B900SK1SS

The close one doesn't have the zero between the S and K.

Thanks.

For some reason GE has put a zero in alot of their model numbers for no apparent reason.

You are right by using jb00sk1ss.

Here is a link to your range model J B900SK1SS.
