Question Meat probe
Brand: Jenn-Air
Model Number: jjw9827ddp
Age: 1 - 4 years

Pressing probe on the menu gives me the message to please insert probe. When I insert probe stove pauses and then shuts down. What can I do to fix the problem ?

You either have a bad probe or a shorted probe receptacle.

Here is a link to the parts of your oven model jjw9827ddp.
