How do you take the ceramic top off of the range in order to replace the triple element? Our inner element of the triple element is out. I've seen the diagram on PartSelect.com, just not sure how to get inside.

we had the same problem with the triple element burning out (thankfully we were in a repair plan - so no charges) if you open the top small range/oven door - there should be 2 screws on either side holding on the ceramic hob
