Can anyone recommend a proper grease lubricant for use with a self-cleaning oven door hinge?

I would guess it would need to be a non-petroleum based lube that would not break down or smell with semi high temperatures.

A good high temperature lubricant is called Lubriplate it is use in dryers for the rear bearing.
