Lower oven on GE double oven inop.

The upper unit works correctly but the lower oven will not heat in either the bake, time bake or broil position. The elements are OK, I had the continuity checked. What might be causing this problem?

It may be a problem with the control or the thermal cut out.

Can you please verify your model number as I can't find it in our database?

Where was the oven purchased?
