Angry is anyone going to help me?

I was promised when I bought the parts that a technician will post a reply with assistance about changing those parts, but alas! nobody has replied.

Can someone help me and deliver what Darlene promised?

Thanks!

Irene, these hinges have to be replaced from the inside. Unfortunatly, I have looked for break down photos of the product, and they are as clear as mud. Most hinges, when being replaced, the sides of the oven have to be taken off to get to them. When you open the door, do you see the screws that would hold the hinge in place?. Let me know. Also if this is a built in oven, you will have to pull it out of the whole to replace it. It is probably not going to be something you can do on your own. If I could be of some assistance to you, you can reach me at my website at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
