You need to replace the motor latch assembly. The part # is 5304449471. But till you get the part. Take the back off the oven, and by the picture you will see a small assembly, that has a long rod coming to it. There might be alittle cam, that you can turn, to move the rod, to release the door. Or there is a solonoid, that you can pull back on, to release the lock. I have a picture if you need one, but I don't know how to send it on this site. If you need it or me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom

Try to turn the cam, on the motor in the back, so the latch is all the way to the open position, and hit cancel on the clock and see how it goes. If not you have to replace it. It really is not that expensive, and it is easy to replace. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com. Tom
