We are having problems with the digital controls for the left side burners on our 13-month old LG range. When turning on the left burners, the temp will only go to "Lo." Also, the timer does not work. We reset the circuit breaker for the range in our electrical box for our house and that worked for a day or so, but now the problem has occurred again. Is there someway we can fix this ourselves? Thank you.

The repairperson came out this morning and we thought we'd share the fix -- the ribbon contacts behind the control panel had carbon on them so after a gentle cleaning, the burner controls now work. Simple fix, and one the repairperson showed us how to do ourselves if it happens in the future.
