I purchased a home that has a Jenn-Air Wall Oven. The self cleaning feature of the oven is not working. I moved the control knobs to the cleaning positions, the fan starts to run, but the latching mechanism will not lock when moved to the right. The lights for clean and lock do not come on. From the parts list, it shows a solenoid, solenoid switch, and lock switch which could be the problem. I would like to make the repairs myself. Can anyone help.

You will have check the the switches and the solenoid with a meter.

This is the only way to determine which part is faulty.
