Default KitchenAid oven F2:E5 error code
Brand: KitchenAid
Model Number: KERC607GBS1
Age: 5 - 10 years

Hello,

newbiw here but I did search with no luck. My KitchenAId Supreba electric is throwing the F2:E5 error regularly now.

Up until this year it only happened on high humidity days and the error would show up as the oven randomly going on and asking for a probe set temp.

As of right now the "0" no longer works on the panel and if I get the oven working within about 10-5 minutes it will shut down and show the F2:E5 code.

My question after this long winded set up is, should the just console be replaced or is this something that is going to require the replacement of the whole control module?

Thanks in advance for you help.

Jason

Before you replace the key pad check the ribbon connector to make sure the the connection is good.

If the connection are good the key pad is faulty.

Here is a link to your range model KERC607GBS1.
