Default Keypad, display and oven not working
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: MGR5875QDB
Age: 1 - 4 years

My electronic keypad and oven are not working at all. There is no display, and the oven will not do anything. However, the stove top burners work fine. I checked house breakers and power to the range (everything is OK there). I also looked for any obvious signs of power failure (burnt wires, bad connections, etc...), and found nothing. I checked the wiring diagram, and didn't notice any fuses, so I don't think that's the issue. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Thank you

if you have 120 volts on the black wire going into the ERC board then it sound like the board is bad

Thanks Eric,

I do have 120v to the board on the back of the display (is this the ERC?). The part number on the back of the board is 60C21610201, and the number on the plastic piece (clock overlay?) that the board is connected to is 14D21610102.

I could not find anything with either of those numbers. There is the clock overlay (part PS801562), but it doesn't state if the board is included (if in fact that is the ERC that you are referring to).

Is the clock overlay what I need?

Thanks again.
