The number "4" and the "set clock/time" buttons on the touchpad do not work. The clock keeps time I just can't change it when the power goes out and all the other buttons I use work. Do I need to purchase your part #PS121337? Or is there another solution? This is a dual/fuel model range. Thanks.

It is likely the key switch membrane that you will have to replace.

Check the ribbon connector that goes from the key membrane to the clock.

Sheila are you saying that it is most likely the switch membrane? I've pasted the info from your website below for the part I think you mean. I'm just a little confused by your sentence.

I'll check the connector to the clock before I order anything when I get a chance.
