Default Jenn Air Fault code
Brand: Jenn-Air
Model Number: Unknown
Age: Please select

I can't find the model number on my Jenn Air stove It is a built in cabinet model and I estimate it to be around 14 years old. After I use the stove I get an F1 Code. The F1 code does not come on while the oven is in use. I get the F1 code about 1 to 2 hours later after I turn the oven off. I then have to turn the breaker off to the stove to get the code to clear and the beeping to stop. Yesterday I went to use the stove and as it was heating up and I got an F5 code and it stopped increasing the oven temperature. Any suggestions on what I should check?
Thanks!

Open the bottom panel of the stove and check on the frame for the model number.

The F1 code is telling you that there is a problem with the clock or touch pad.

The F5 code is telling you that there is a conflict in the hardware meaning the clock.

With your model number I can give more information.

Try unplugging the key pad and see if you still get the code.

If no code is displayed it is the key pad.

If you still have the code it is the control.

Also check the sensor for a short.

Here is a link to your oven model w131w.
