Default Jenn-air fan issue
Brand: Jenn-Air
Model Number: sve47500w
Age: 5 - 10 years

I am looking at a Jenn-air range that has an exhaust fan issue. The fan won't shut off unless you hit the breaker. Once I turn the breaker back on the range will not come on for various periods of time. Meaning it's never the same amount of time, each time this happens. There are no f-codes to go by and no wiring diagram to follow. I am suspect of the control board associated with the fan but I don't want to start replacing stuff on a hunch. Has anyone run into this problem? M3 sve47500w s#78050440vd the part number I am looking at is 12001694 however I think this is actually for the downdraft fan which is not what I'm trying to fix. There is a larger relay board but I'm not sure what all this controls. 12001689 Thanks for your suggestions.

The small relay board is for the downdraft fan.

The large relay board is for the oven, it has the bake and broil relays on it as well as the relay for the door lock and the cooling fan.

It may be the thermo disk.

Here is a link to your range model sve47500w with the wiring diagram.
