Post Jenn-Air Clock Loud Ticking
Brand: Jenn-Air
Model Number: W110
Age: More than 10 years

2 nights ago, there was a really bad storm and my electricity went out for only 1 second or so; then electricity came back on. The clock on my Jenn-Air W110 "wall oven" starting to tick loud; before then, the clock has never made a sound.

I went to the utility room and turned circuit breaker off, then, turned circuit breaker back on, but clock is still loudly ticking.

Please advise how to make this noice stop. Also, the analog clock is not keeping correct time.

It sound like the gears in the clock may be binding.

You may have to remove the clock and uses a high temperature gease on it.

Here is a link to your oven model w110.
