Top right burner won't light,removed the right side burning modules,and then
i turned the control on for the top right and lite it,the flame came out of the
nozzel with more pressure when i released the control knob the flame shut off
I did the same to other 3 burners and they stayed on.when first noticed the
top right burner flame was very low

It sounds like you have a bad valve.

You should have this checked by a qualified gas technician.
