Can you please supply your model number?

Is this a wall oven or a range?

If this is a range you will find your model number on the frame where the drawer closes.

If it is a wall oven the model number will be on the frame at the bottom of the door.

Check your house fuses or breakers to make sure that you have 240 volt to your appliance.
