Question Infinite switch replacement
Brand: Jenn-Air
Model Number: JED8430DDS
Age: 1 - 4 years

I need to replace both left side infinite switches as liquid was allowed to flow down into them & one shorted out. The diagram shows three possible switches, one dual, which clearly not the correct one and two others, PS120475 and PS1013869, neither of which matches any numbers on the existing switches. Which one is the correct one?

I see several similar threads, but it appears that the answer is specific to model and serial number which in my case is JED8430BDS and 10022360GE.

Default

What are the numbers on the switches that your require.

The numbers on PartSelect are number that PartSelect have given to the parts.

Put the original part number in a it will give you the PS number.

Here is a link to your cook top model JED8430BDS.
