Ignitor glows but oven won't come on

Hello,
When I turn the oven on you can see the ignitor glowing inside but the oven does not come on after several minutes (the owners manual says it should come on within one minute). There is no smell of gas coming from inside the oven. It was okay up until last week. We did have some power outages due to thunderstorms last week but other electronics in the house are fine so I don't think we had a power surge but I thought I'd mention it anyway. Also, the top burners work fine. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help.

The igniter will have to be replace as it is not strong enough to open the valve.
