Default I don't know the brand of my range
Brand: Other
Age: More than 10 years

I need to replace the trim rings and drip pans on my electric range but I can't tell what brand it is. The brand name used to be above the control knobs but it's been completely worn off after years of use. I'm new to the range so I have no history. I removed the drawers under the range and there is no label or marking there. It's just a simple counter-top range with 4 hinged electric burners. The trim ring has a slot in it that attaches to the burner element. There is a 3-legged "star" shapped metal piece that goes between the drip pan and the element. I tried to use parts I got at Wal-mart, but there was no slot in the trim ring and the cut-out on the drip pan was not big enough. There is a 2" diameter hole in the middle of the drip pans. There are two 8" burners and two 6" burners. One of each front and back.

Can anyone advise me on the possible brand and where to find replacement parts? I can post an image if that helps..

Thanks!
Laura

I am having trouble repling to this post. I hope this time it works.

Have you tried looking at a Home Depot, Lowes or some other hardware store? These places carry generic drip pans.

The brand of your range should be on the front of the range.

If you don't have a model number it is possible to get new bowls and rings from local stores or on-line from partselects.com.
