Default Hotpoint wall oven doesn't self-clean
Model Number: rj742
Age: More than 10 years

After successful self clean last night, cleaned inside and tried to self clean again today. Clean light doesn't come on and self clean doesn't start. Otherwise oven works OK.

It could be that one of the switches in the clean cycle is not closing.

This would have to be check by following the wiring diagram and testing with a meter.

Please verify your model number as there are some characters missing at the end.
