Default Help with serial number and part
Brand: Jenn-Air
Model Number: WW30430P
Age: 5 - 10 years

Problem: oven doors (both) don't close properly.
The hinges were replaced several years ago by a repair service person but the oven still doesn't close properly. I don't know if he replaced the receptacles or not. I want to order new hinges and receptacles but don't want to get the same ones again that don't work. My oven's serial number is 21670364AE which means I guess that I need a series 20 part (which you don't have). Is there any way for me to find out which hinge part is installed in my oven so that I can see if it is the same as the one you are selling? Do you know if I can find out if the correct part exists? Thanks.

There is a hinge and receptacle kit available for your oven model.

The kit was made for ovens with the problem of the doors not closing.

The kit number is PS786559.

The hinge will look the same.

Here is a link to your oven model WW30430P.
