Default Help with our oven
Brand: Maytag
Model Number: CWE9000ACB

Heating element will come on, but then it goes off. It never reaches the correct oven temperature. The element has been tested and it is good. I also replaced the sensor, which didn't make a difference. What do you suggest?

Thanks, Tommy

Tommy, I don't know how high the temp is getting. One thing I want you to check is make sure the oven somehow did not get put in the celcius mode. Check your manual, and see if that is available. If the temp is off by 30 degrees or less, check your book and it will show you how to adjust temp. If non of this info apply's. Repace the clock board. The part # is 7601P177-60.
