We replaced the dual surface element yesterday, we still get no heat coming out. So, we put the original dual surface element back in, turn it on and it works this time. And then we turn it off and turn it back on again, it did not work again. (no heat).
After this testing, we know the dual surface element is working. Is the switch is bad?? Anyway to test or find out if the switch is bad??
