Question GE Wall Oven will not lite
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: JGRS14BEW5BB
Age: 5 - 10 years

The control panel has power. When I press the BAKE button , 350 degrees is displayed with "set" blinking. When I press the START button, it read 100 degrees, but I don't see any glow on the igniter.

Are there any tech spec sheets available for this oven (none with the manual or anywhere around the oven) and are there any specific instructions on how to troubleshoot/ replace the igniter (if that is the problem)?

Thanks,
Maynard

Sorry we do not give advice on gas appliances due to safety concerns.

This should be service by a qualified gas technician.

If you are looking for information try a library or book store.
