Should I replace or repair this wall oven? I have been getting an F3 error code and a beeping when attempting to preheat the oven over 300 degrees.

What could be the problem? Is this an easy fix? We are planning on replacing this appliance by the Fall when we update our kitchen but I can't go without an oven that long.

Probably a bad oven sensor, just replace it, refer to partselect for info.
