If you unplug, your oven, and take the back panel off, you will most likely see, what we call a thermal overload. Sometimes the temp in the oven gets to hot in the clean cycle, so it blows the thermal overload. It is about the size of a half dollar, and has 2 wires coming to it. I really need your model #, to be sure your product has one. Some do, and some don't. If you locate it, pull the two wires, and put them together, and put a little tape around it, and turn the oven on. If it works, you know what to do. DO NOT run the oven without the thermal fuse. It is a saftey.Never the less, you have to replace the oven sensor, because that is the cause of your problems. If you need me you can reach me at my web site at ApplianceEducator.com Tom

Your model number should be on the frame of the stove where the drawer closes on a tag with the serial number.

If the top of the stove is not working either check the power at the wall outlet to see if you have 240 volts.

Have you check the power to the oven?

You must have 240 volt for the range to work.

Sometimes the model number are hard to read. The closed number to yours that I could come up with is JBP64BH3WH.

Can you please check you number again?

Check the connection where the cord is hooked to the range.

Here is a link to your model JBP64B0H2WH.

Check the wiring in the back of the range.

i checked the link u sent me and it is the correct model to what i have, the wiring seems to be ok in the back of my unit, it was working before, dont know if something went wrong after the self cleaning process, the only thing i notice is that the housing for the wires of the part with number 253 is black, it was originally white
