Default GE Profile Convection fan not working
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: JT950
Age: 5 - 10 years

Hello

My Convection fan does not function when it is off it spins freely but when you turn it on it freezes up. I'm assuming the motor needs replacement. How big of a job is it? The oven is sealed from the inside. Do I have to remove the whole double oven to get to the back to remove the fan motor? or can I remove just the top portion? or should I just call a local service center.

TIA
CND
