GE oven wont turn on stove timer won't work either

Had a thunderstorm that evening causing a power surge to go thropugh the house. Probably did the stove in. Had dozens and much worst in the past
Top burners and clock work ok.
Worth fixing or go for new stove. Hate to have this happen again. What can be done?

Yes the storm likely took the control out.

Check the voltage going in to the control and coming out.
