Default ERC3B ground

I have not pulled my unit apart yet, but there is no ground going into the spades on the board. The ground wire is connected to the lower left corner mounting screw (as you look at the board from the exposed back). See pic at www.yarraglen.com/Images/range-controller.jpg

Again, no ground terminal on new board means NONE required.
