Hi...I just replaced the ring element in my GE Mono Convection Oven as the original burned out. Now, when I turn on the convection part, the breaker trips. What could I have done wrong? Thanks!

You could have either pinched a wire, or wired it up wrong. Open it back up, and take a look. Also there is usually a wiring diagram either behind the control panel or down under the storage drawer area If you need me you can reach me at my website at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
