Default GE JBP76 "Oven On" blinks
Brand: General Electric
Model Number: JBP76
Age: 5 - 10 years

The "Oven On" light blinks when setting the oven temp. Oven will not pre-heat, but appears to be warming up significantly...but not all the way to the desired temp. Is there a part that needs reset or replaced?

Check and make sure the elements are working.

Check the range on the broil to see if the element is heating.

Please verify your model number as the last four digit are missing.

You can find your model number on a tag on the frame of the stove where the drawer closes.
